Government will allocate more than 2 billion drams for holding EBRD annual meeting in Yerevan

The Armenian government initially had allocated 2.2 billion drams for holding the annual meeting of the EBRD in Yerevan. At Thursday's session it was decided to release additional 179 million drams.  

Within the framework of the EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum, which will be held on May 14-16 in Yerevan, the elections of the Bank's President will be held. The EBRD event will bring together a large number of foreign guests, professionals, major businessmen, high-ranking officials and EBRD management. It will provide Armenia with a unique opportunity to present its competitive advantages to a select audience of politicians, business representatives and international media.
