Interview with Vadim Gerasimenko, an IT strategy consultant at "AMIO BANK" CJSC. Elza Palyan spoke about the protection of information security systems and how to confront cyberattacks.

-After the rebranding, you pledged to provide new digital solutions; what is new about the AMIO Mobile app, and what do you offer customers? 
-Staying true to our promise, we went through an amazing journey and developed the new AMIO Mobile App and Internet Banking Platform.

Clients can access a variety of fresh, convenient, and secure services via the bank's digital platforms. Clients can complete a variety of transactions without visiting the bank.

You can currently make an online deposit and take advantage of its benefits using the AMIO Mobile app. Within minutes, you can create a digital card, transfer and pay money, and access a variety of other services.

AMIO prioritizes the comfort and safety of its clients.

Through Internet banking, we hope to make modern digital tools even more accessible, recognizable and applicable for the public.

-How would you rank your IT security measures?
-As previously said, it is critical for us to ensure the convenience and security of our clients while doing transactions.

We live in a new reality, a digital world that is extremely volatile and, sadly, out of control.

It's like a domain where you can encounter attacks and obstacles. Only a good security system will help you overcome them. We prioritize cyber security and employ long-term solutions to combat cyber threats.

We successfully neutralized a cyberattack on the system that occurred recently. The system continued to work normally, and the cyberattack had no effect on either the customers or the operating system.

Advanced encryption, a variety of monitoring and continuous security updates are an integral part of our defense strategy. We invest in modern technologies to strengthen our system and protect it from potential attacks. The financial security of our clients is our top priority. Due to our professional team, we are always ready to face any challenges.

-What is your vision of the Bank's development strategy in the near future?
-We will continue to develop digital platforms that comply with our new policy and fulfil worldwide digital Bank standards.
