On June 20th, the Armenian Travel Operator ANRIVA-TOUR will introduce a new flight route, Kahir- Yerevan-Kahir, operated by Air Cairo, an Egyptian airline. These flights will operate once a week. Additionally, starting in 2025, there will be another flight to Egypt's Mediterranean resort town, Sharm El Sheikh, through El Alamein.

This announcement comes from the company's founder, Hripsime Stambulyan, who heads the annual team of 80 business partners/tour operators from Armenia and over 100 representatives from hotels, primarily from Sharjah and Hurghada, Egypt. In this way, for Armenian adventure seekers, the touristically high profile operator offers weekly 7-day trips to Egyptian resort destinations - Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, and, starting a month later, Cairo.

Flights to Sharm El Sheikh will be operated annually. It's worth mentioning that during these days, the center of international events is the African Ecotourism Forum 2024. This significant event in the African-Egyptian region is attended by more than 2000 participants from the entire world, engaged in business and tourism. Conferences, B2B meetings, educational seminars - the forum provides a platform for exploring the latest trends and opportunities in ecotourism development.

The Armenian tour operator, invited to participate in the forum, is accompanied by its B2B partners, including around 80 tour operators from Armenia.
