Lydian Armenia Launches Employee Knowledge Assessment Process

Workplace safety is considered a top priority in the Amulsar project. In this context, Lydian Armenia places great importance on the continuous development and strengthening of its employees’ professional knowledge.

According to the company’s statement, during the training courses organized last year, employees refreshed and deepened their knowledge of workplace safety. Currently, the company has launched a process to assess that knowledge.

“This stage of the assessment aims not only to reaffirm the knowledge already acquired, but also to contribute to improving the level of workplace safety. Every employee at Amulsar must fully master the rules of safe work and apply this knowledge in their daily activities,” the company’s statement says.

According to the statement, employees’ knowledge will be assessed on an annual basis, becoming one of the important components of the workplace safety culture being developed within the company.
